Are you a female leader, particularly in education, who is feeling overwhelmed, lost, unfulfilled or frustrated?

I have been a leader for the past 20 years supporting schools to be the best that can. In this time I have had to develop an ability to tackle my fears, anxieties and imposter syndrome to work with all staff to achieve results.

I have the skills and expertise to support you in making your next steps. Together we will focus on supporting and developing you to bring clarity and structure to your life ensuring you have a positive work-life balance and confidence to lead in the way you want. I will help you find yourself through trust, listening, coaching and challenge.

By working together we will use the power of positivity and nurture to understand yourself and embrace your true future.

Removing Obstacles

I have had to address a number of work and personal barriers to support my own development and resilience. At times the feel of being overwhelmed and of failure has weighed heavy and has caused me to nearly walk away from a role that I truly love.

We all have barriers that we feel in our work or home life that can cause blockages in our daily lives, activities and thoughts. As a leader this could be anything from working with difficult staff or parents to developing your strategic planning. It could even be the difficulty of balancing home and work life.

Working together we will identify those barriers and find ways together to support you to overcome them.

Be Your Best Self

In developing my coaching, I have met some truly wonderful people and coaches that have helped me to deal with anxieties and my 'superwoman' tendancies to feel more fulfilled with my role. So much so, I want to support women to be in a better place with themselves, their confidence and their own career goals.

Life is full of opportunities, and it is my job to help you figure out which opportunities to take advantage of in order to embrace them and live the life you want and deserve.

Live Your Dreams

When you choose to become a leader you need to ensure that you continue to live the dream; the dream of ensuring every child in your care has the very best of opportunities and your staff thrive under your leadership. There will be days where this dream will feel unrealistic and you need a plan to make it come true and be 'livable'.

Once we have worked together on formulating your plan, as a coach I will help you stick to it and get around any obstacles.

Introduction

Free

An introductory 20 minutes session to work through a coaching session to find a solution to something that is an issue. This is a good introduction to understanding what coaching with Reboot Women's Coaching can offer you before signing up to something more.

Explore

£30

An exploration into a one-off issue/s in order to support you in finding a solution.

Here you will have 45 minutes to work through an issue that you have been struggling with.

This is ideal for ladies in leadership who need to vent but with a focus on a solution!

Embrace

£55 per session or £500 for the 12 weeks

12 week bespoke coaching programme to enable women in leadership to get back on track.

Ongoing coaching sessions to support you on your lifelong journey to success.

This is only available to clients who have accessed the Embrace Programme.

Emergency Reboot

Feeling isolated or not knowing which route to take and needing someone to talk through immediate issues and work through a solution?

Trying to solve a problem with staff, parents, Governors or wider stakeholders?

Speed is essential in this package and a session can be booked within 24 hours of contact.

This session is split into 3 x 30mins sessions to help you get to that solution quickly.
