Anna has been my coach for the last year.
I have had coaching before, but Anna is different.
There was an instant connection, rapport and no judgement about me, my past or present.
This is really important to me to build trust in a challenging and yet supportive coaching relationship.
Before my Coaching with Anna, I was in a really difficult place.
Coming to terms with a break-up of a marriage, suddenly being the decision maker for my life and finding out who the real me was. I had lost that and my purpose.
Anna, took me through a bespoke Coaching programme to my needs at a pace that suited me.
My self doubts became less, my true authentic self was rekindled and I feel more equipped to be congruent in my decision making and to learn the lessons when it comes to re-shaping relationships at work and in my own personal life.
I highly recommend Anna and I trust her implicitly through her questions, perspective and just really having 'your back!'

Before I started my coaching with Anna I was frustrated, and I felt like I was drowning with no clear direction of where I was going.
Anna helped me, help myself, to recognise why I was feeling the way I was, and enabled the fog to clear to see the direction I wanted to head. The tools and exercises we used were not time consuming or a chore, they were instrumental in me being able to recognise my areas of strength and the areas I needed to improve. The whole process has strengthened me as a woman and a human being.
I have left a job that was making me so unhappy and am planning to have a complete change of career utilizing my skills and leadership. I still use the tools Anna taught me to continue to grow and look after myself.
